POST-CLOSE TRADING STATEMENT

Since the last update at the AGM in July, trading has continued in a similar manner - stronger in the online channels and more challenged across the Company's Franchise Network.

The previously reported initiative, centred on transitioning the Printing.com formula into a hybrid online/offline service, was completed towards the close of the reporting period. We are optimistic that this initiative will better enable the Company to compete in the UK and Irish market, albeit to date it is too early to accurately predict the impact.

We believe this transition, along with the Company's various other reported initiatives, will make a greater contribution towards revenues and earnings during the second half of the year.

The interim results for the six month period ending 30 September 2012 are expected to be announced on 12 November 2012.
