RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
Trading during January in line with Company's internal budget
At the Extraordinary General Meeting held in Manchester today all the
resolutions were passed.
At the meeting, the Chairman, George Hardie, gave the following trading update:
'Trading during January proved in line with the Company's internal budget and I
am pleased to report that this pattern is continuing in the current month.'
