Somero announces that on 11 September 2018 it was notified that on 07 September 2018, Lawrence Horsch, Non-Executive Chairman, sold 46,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 412.9565 pence per share.

As a result of the above transaction, Mr. Horsch's beneficial interest in Somero is now 46,000 ordinary shares, or .008% of Somero's total issued share capital.
