Reference is made to the notice to the extraordinary general meeting
in Songa Offshore SE dated 8 July 2009. The extraordinary general
meeting was held today, 30 July 2009, in Limassol, Cyprus. All the
proposals on the agenda were adopted in accordance with the notice to
the extraordinary shareholders meeting, including the proposal to
increase the authorised share capital to EUR 33,000,000 divided into
300,000,000 shares of nominal value EUR 0.11 each.
