Brazilian Distribution Partnership

Montreal Informatica will Distribute Sopheon's Knowledge
Management Solutions

Sopheon plc, an international leader in the development and
implementation of knowledge management software and services,
announced today that it has formed a strategic business
partnership with Montreal Informatica to distribute Sopheon
software and services throughout Brazil.

Montreal Informatica, based in Rio de Janeiro, is one of the
largest information technology service providers in Brazil,
working primarily with companies in the telecommunications,
financial services, high-tech manufacturing and government
sectors.
