  ANNOUNCES TELTECH SHAREHOLDERS APPROVE COMPLETION OF
                ACQUISITION BY SOPHEON 

Sopheon  plc  ('Sopheon') and Teltech  Resource  Network
Corporation ('Teltech') today jointly announce that  the
merger  of Teltech into Sopheon has been approved  by  a
Teltech  special  meeting of shareholders  held  on  8th
September 2000 at its offices in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The  merger  is  scheduled to complete on  15  September
2000.
