Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
SpaceandPeople is pleased to announce the immediate appointment of Gregor Dunlay, 40, as the Company's Chief Financial Officer. Mr Dunlay brings with him a wealth of experience in both property and retail having qualified at Price Waterhouse in 1994 and subsequently working in senior financial roles at DAKS Simpson Group plc and Dunedin Property Ltd.
Matthew Bending, Chief Executive of SpaceandPeople, commented: "We are really pleased that Gregor has agreed to join the Board of the Company and we look forward to the insight and experience which he will bring with him. This appointment comes at a time when the Company is expanding its operations both domestically and internationally: his experience both financially and commercially is invaluable. We also thank Richard Chadwick who has overseen the finance function for his time and efforts during a busy period of growth and consolidation for the Company and look forward to benefiting from his advice going forward as a non-executive director."
