Significant shareholding
SpaceandPeople, (AIM: SAL) the experiential marketing and media group was informed on 23 June 2010 that Mr. A P Stirling acquired an additional 147,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares"), whilst his wife has acquired 5,000 Shares and Oxford Investment Trust Limited, a company in which Mr. Stirling holds more than a 30 per cent shareholding, acquired 64,500 Shares. All the Shares were acquired at 58 pence per share. Following these purchases on 18 June 2010, Mr. Stirling now has a beneficial interest in 917,000 Shares representing approximately 4.72 per cent of the total voting rights in the Company.
