SpaceandPeople (AIM:SAL) the retail, promotional and brand experience specialist, announces that notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company, to be held at 12 noon on 25 April 2013 at the offices of Sherrards Solicitors LLP, 5^th Floor, 7 Swallow Place, London, W1B 2AG, was posted to shareholders on 2 April 2013.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2012 have also been posted to shareholders and are also available on the Company's website at www.spaceandpeople.com.
