Speedy Hire Plc (the "Company")

Annual Report and Accounts 2018 and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Following the release on 16 May 2018 of the Company's final results for the year ended 31 March 2018, the Company announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for that period.

The Company also announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00am on Thursday 19 July 2018 at the offices of Instinctif at 65 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7NQ.

In connection with this, hard copies of the following documents have been posted to shareholders who have elected to continue to receive paper communications:

·     Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2018 ("Annual Report");

·     Notice of Annual General Meeting; and

·     Form of Proxy.

Copies of the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.

Copies of the Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting will be available to view on the Company's website at www.speedyservices.com/investors from today.
