Spirax‑Sarco Engineering plc announces that Nimesh Patel, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, has accepted an invitation from the UK Government Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy to co-Chair the next FTSE Women Leaders Review (previously the Hampton-Alexander Review) for a period of five years.
