Re-Appointment of Non-Executive Directors

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that it has resolved to re-appoint the following non‑executive directors when their current appointments expire:

·     Mr Bill Whiteley as Chairman with effect from 1st July 2012;

·     Mr Gareth Bullock as an independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 1st July 2012; and

·     Mr Clive Watson as an independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from 17th July 2012.
