Acquisition of Spire Healthcare shares by Peter Bamford

Peter Bamford, Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director of the Company, purchased 4,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 248.0 pence each on 7 June 2018.

Following this announcement Mr Bamford holds a total of 9,000 ordinary shares which are held through an HSBC nominee account.
