Spice plc ("Spice" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of
Tim Huddart as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 24 May 2007. Tim, 48,
also becomes a member of the Company's audit, remuneration and nominations'
committees.
Tim is currently a Director of H2 Glenfern Limited, H2JL Limited and also
Stonecourt Properties Limited. Prior to this Tim was Managing Director and Head
of EMEA Debt and Equity Research at Merrill Lynch and has also been Director of
Sales at Credit Lyonnais and before that Citigroup.
Within the past five years, Tim has also been a Director of Merrill Lynch Pierce
Fenner and Smith Limited but resigned in December 2002. No further disclosures
are required under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.

Director. This is Tim's first appointment as a Non-Executive Director after a
long and distinguished track record in the City. He has significant experience
