The following amendments have been made to the 'TR-1: Notification of major interests in shares" announcement released on 24 August 2015 at 14.51 under RNS No 9078W.

13 Additional information - The change in the indirect voting rights resulted from the acquisition by Mediclinic International Limited, through a wholly owned subsidiary Mediclinic Investments (Pty) Ltd of all the issued shares in Business Venture Investments No 1871 (Pty) Ltd, which in turn owns all the issued shares in Remgro Jersey Limited which company is a 29.9% shareholder of Spire Healthcare Group Plc.
All other details remain unchanged.
