The Company has been notified by Legal & General Group plc that Legal & General Assurance Society Limited, Legal & General Assurance (Pensions Management) Limited  and Legal & General Pensions Limited together hold a direct interest in 14,027,431 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in Spice, representing in total 4.01 per cent of Spice's issued share capital.
