Spice Holdings PLC 15 September 2005 AGREEMENT WITH BAA PLC Spice Holdings plc ('Spice') is pleased to announce that its subsidiary company, AirRadio Limited, has entered into a Letter of Agreement with BAA in respect of the seven airports that BAA owns and operates in the United Kingdom. AirRadio provides mobile voice and data communications for mission critical environments to airlines, airports and ground operation companies both in the United Kingdom and overseas. The Letter of Agreement provides for a new closer working relationship between AirRadio and BAA at Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Southampton, Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Glasgow airports. The key points of the Letter of Agreement are that BAA will: * Actively promote AirRadio's on site services to the airports' tenants * Take a collaborative approach with AirRadio on airport related radio regulatory issues * Seek to work with AirRadio to share infrastructure to reduce costs * Work with AirRadio to facilitate the development of new on-site services.
