Acquisition of Shares by Director

The Company has been notified that on 4 November 2016, Richard McGuire, a Non-Executive Director of Sportech, purchased 300,000 ordinary shares of 67 pence each in the Company.

Following the above purchase, Richard McGuire now holds 300,000 Shares representing 0.15% of the issued share capital of the Company.
