Springfield Properties (AIM: SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland focused on delivering private and affordable housing, announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company, held yesterday, all resolutions were duly passed.

Details of the voting, which was conducted via a show of hands of shareholders at the AGM and represented by proxy, are as follows:
