AGM and Open Day
SRT, the AIM-quoted provider of maritime domain awareness technologies, products and solutions, is pleased to provide further details in respect of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Open Day which is to be held on 15 July 2014. Both shareholders and non-shareholders are welcome to attend.
Visitors are welcome to arrive at SRT's offices anytime from 09.30 a.m. on the day and take the opportunity to tour the Company's facilities and meet the team. At 10.45 a.m. there will be a short transfer for visitors to the nearby Centurion Hotel, where the AGM will be held from 11.00 a.m. followed by a presentation by SRT's Chief Executive Officer, Simon Tucker. A buffet lunch will then be provided.
The Company's address is Wireless House, Westfield Industrial Estate, Midsomer Norton, Bath, BA3 4BS and parking is available on site. The address of the Centurion Hotel is Charlton Lane, Midsomer Norton, Bath BA3 4BD. Alternatively, for those intending to travel by train, the nearest station is Bath Spa. SRT has arranged a free minibus which will wait at the rear of the station and leave promptly at 09.00 a.m. for our offices, returning from the Centurion Hotel to the station, leaving at approximately 13.00 p.m. For guests without cars, SRT will arrange a minibus transfer between our offices and the Centurion Hotel.
