PEP REINVESTMENTS

The Company was notified on 13 April 2010 of re-investments by the manager of  PEPs held by Ian Marchant and Colin Hood pursuant to regular standing order instructions.  Ian Marchant acquired 13 shares and Colin Hood acquired 44 shares at a price of £11.07 per share on 31 March 2010.

The interests of Directors in the transactions were as follows:
