PEP REINVESTMENTS

The Company was notified on 29 September 2011 of re-investments by the manager of  PEPs held by Ian Marchant and Colin Hood pursuant to regular standing order instructions.  Ian Marchant acquired 34 shares and Colin Hood acquired 108 shares at a price of £13.03 per share on 28 September 2011.
