Crawford Gillies, Non-Executive Director, notifed the Company today, 26 August 2015, that he had purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £14.2885 per share.

Following this transaction, Crawford Gillies has a beneficial interest in 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
