The Company was notified on 25 August 2017 by Computershare Investor Services plc, the provider of the all employee Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), of the award of 13 Free Shares in the Company to eligible employees on 25 August 2017.  The shares were allocated at £14.374880 per share and shall be held in trust for a minimum of 3 years from date of award.
