of Colin Hood, Director and 21 Ordinary shares in the Company were purchased on
 behalf of Ian Manson, PDMR pursuant to the Company's Long Service Award at a
price of £13.90 per share.


Following this notification, Colin Hood had an interest in 26,819 shares
representing 0.003% of the issued share capital of the Company.
