RESULT OF AGM
SCOTTISH AND SOUTHERN ENERGY PLC ('THE COMPANY')
At the annual general meeting of the company held earlier today in Perth, all
resolutions were duly passed.
*A Private Investor is a recipient of the information who meets all of the conditions set out below, the recipient:
