Posting of 2015 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that its 2016 Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP at 65 Fleet Street, London, EC4Y 1HT on 4 March 2016 at 11.00am.

In connection with this, copies of the Company's 2015 Annual Report and Accounts together with its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM") and Form of Proxy are being posted or made available to shareholders today.  

Copies of these documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.Morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm. Copies of the 2015 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM are also available on the Company's website at www.foodtravelexperts.com.
