St. James's Place ("SJP"): non-executive director Board change.

SJP announces that Andy Hornby has resigned with immediate effect from his position as a non-executive director of SJP
in light of his resignation from the board of HBOS plc.

Mike Wilson, Chairman, commented: "I would like to thank Andy for his excellent contribution during his time on the St.
