Mr Paul Bradshaw and Mr Martin Moule, who are both Executive Directors of
SJPC, today notified SJPC of the following changes to options held by them
over shares in SJPC:-
Mr Paul Bradshaw was granted an option on 22nd October 1999 under the SJPC
Sharesave Option Scheme ('the Scheme') to acquire 16,875 ordinary shares of
15p each in SJPC at an exercise price of 186p per share, exercisable between
1st December 2004 and 1st June 2005.
Mr Martin Moule was granted an option on 22nd October 1999 under the Scheme to
acquire 1,937 ordinary shares of 15p each in SJPC at an exercise price of 186p
per share. The option is exercisable between 1st December 2002 and 1st June
2003.
Mr Bradshaw simultaneously cancelled an option granted under the Scheme on
16th April 1999, to acquire 7,550 ordinary shares of 15p each in SJPC, with an
exercise price of 223.5p per share. Mr Moule today cancelled an option
granted under the Scheme on 7th October 1998, to acquire 911 ordinary shares
of 15p each in SJPC, with an exercise price of 214p per share.
With the exception of the changes notified above, Mr Bradshaw's and Mr Moule's
interests in the shares of SJPC are unchanged.
