ACQUISITION OF DKM DRIVING

Staffline Group plc, a national outsourcing organisation providing people and operational expertise to industry, today announces it has acquired certain assets and commercial relationships from DKM Driving Limited ("DKM Driving").

DKM Driving, based in Nottingham, specialises in the provision of temporary drivers to a number of corporate customers in the Midlands area. The acquisition is in line with Staffline's business strategy of making selective acquisitions to broaden revenue streams and is part of the development of the Staffline driving division.
