                           Application for Admission

Application has been made to AIM for the admission of 143,676 ordinary shares of
10p each ('Shares'). These Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects
with the existing shares in issue, have been issued in respect of the exercise
of 141,989 options at 80p per share, 708 options at 1.075p per share, 518
options at 86.5p per share, 344 options at 1.30p per share and 117 options at
1.20p per share pursuant to an employee share option scheme.

Admission is expected to become effective on 11 May 2007.
