Carole Harvey appointed as Finance Director
Staffline Recruitment Group plc, a leading provider of recruitment and
outsourced HR services to industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of
Carole Harvey as Finance Director, with immediate effect.
Carole Harvey, aged 44, has over 20 years of financial, marketing and commercial
experience gained in a number of senior management roles. In her most recent
position as Commercial Director of Boots Wellbeing Services, Carole led the
growth and transformation of the Dentistry business, restoring it to breakeven.
She was previously General Manager at Halfords, where the reviews and
initiatives she led contributed to securing a substantial increase in
profitability, despite a declining market. She formerly held the positions of
Head of Marketing Development and Planning, and Commercial Finance Manager, at
Boots.
Carole has an MBA from Nottingham University and is a member of the Chartered
Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA).
Carole Anne Harvey (maiden name, Edwards) is also currently a director of:
Nottingham Park Estate Ltd, Nous Consulting Ltd, Innovative Business Finance Ltd
and Natural House Products Ltd. She has held no other directorships during the
past five years.
Save as disclosed above, there are no further disclosures to be made in
accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
