TR-1 Notification of Major Holdings - Norges Bank: Calculation Error

Norges Bank has today submitted to Standard Chartered PLC (SCPLC) a TR-1: Standard form for notification of major holdings ("TR-1 Notification"), as amended from a TR-1 Notification originally notified to SCPLC on 15 May 2020.

The number of voting rights held (section 8A) has been corrected. All other information previously disclosed, including the percentage of voting rights Norges Bank held, has been accurate. A copy of the amended TR-1 Notification is included below.
