                              Notifiable Interest

The Company announces today that it was informed on 21 November 2005 by Hazell
Carr Edwards FURB, the pension fund operated by Hazell Carr plc, that they have
acquired an interest in 975,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares'), representing 9.87 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital. The 975,000 ordinary shares represent the total shareholding by Hazell
Carr Edwards FURB in the Company following this transaction.

The Company was informed on 22 November 2005 by Close Asset Management Holdings
Limited, that they have sold their entire holding of 988,318 Ordinary Shares,
representing 10.00 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
