The Directors have been advised that Mr Ronald Bruce Rowan, Chairman and Chief
Executive of the Company, has purchased 900,000 Ordinary shares in the Company
at a price of 4.5p per share.   Mr Rowan now holds 7,850,000 Ordinary shares,
being 29.93% of the shares in issue.  The purchase was made and the notice
received on 31 May 2002.
