The Directors announce that on 25 February 2003 they agreed to raise £42,099 of
new money for the Group through a placing of 1,403,300 new Ordinary shares of
£0.01 at a price of £0.03 per share, being the mid market price at closing on 24
February 2003.
On completion of this placing, Mr Ronald Bruce Rowan, Chairman and Chief
Executive, will hold 8,270,000 Ordinary shares representing 29.93% of the issued
share capital, Mr John Watkins, Finance Director, will hold 650,000 Ordinary
shares representing 2.35% of the issued share capital and Mr Eirion Andrew
Charles Neubauer will hold 3,733,300 Ordinary shares representing 13.51% of the
issued share capital of the Company.
An application has been made to have the new shares admitted to AIM on Tuesday 4
March 2003.
