The Company announces that on 6 November 2003 £58,100 was raised through a
placing of 1,162,000 new Ordinary Shares of £0.01 at a price of £0.05 per share.
Under the placing, Mr Ronald Bruce Rowan, Chairman and Chief Executive and Mr
John Watkins, Finance Director, purchased 300,000 and 100,000 Ordinary Shares
respectively. On completion of this placing, Mr Ronald Bruce Rowan now holds
8,570,000 Ordinary Shares representing 29.76% of the issued share capital and Mr
John Watkins holds 750,000 Ordinary shares representing 2.60% of the issued
share capital of the Company.
An application for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the
Alternative Investment Market has been made with the London Stock Exchange.
Dealings in these shares are expected to commence Thursday 13 November 2003.
The shares will rank pari passu with existing shares in issue.
