Notice of Annual General Meeting

On Thursday  13 November  2008, the  Company mailed  to  Shareholders
copies of the 2008 annual report and notice of annual general meeting
to  be  held  at  3.00  pm  on  Wednesday  10  December  2008  at  St
Ethelburga's, Bishopsgate, London EC2N 4AG.

Copies of the report and financial statements will be available for a
period of  one month  thereafter from  the Company  Secretary at  the
registered office.
