SAVE GROUP PLC ('the Company')

The Board of the Company has noted the recent rise in the Company's share
price.  The Company confirms that it has had discussions with more than one
party which might or might not lead to an offer for the whole of the Company's
issued share capital and is currently progressing discussions with one of
these parties.  It is emphasised that these discussions are not thought to be
close to finalisation at the current time.  A further announcement will be
made in due course.
