Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited: Dividend Declaration

Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited (the "Company") has declared a final dividend in respect of the period from admission on 17 December 2012 to 31 December 2013 of 1.1 pence per Share, payable on 28 February 2014 to Shareholders on the register on 7 February 2014. The ex-dividend date will be 5 February 2014.
