Pursuant to AIM Rule 17, Steppe Cement Ltd (the "Company") advises that the Company's Chairman, Mr. Malcolm Ronald Brown, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company's paid-up capital at £0.50 per share. Mr Brown now holds a total of 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.03% of the total issued shares.
