 Cancellation of Listing

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 1 June 2009, the Company gives notice that it's Ordinary Shares will be cancelled from admission to and trading on AIM with effect from 7.00 a.m. on 26 June 2009 (the "Cancellation"). 

As set out in the circular to shareholders dated 3 March 2009, the Directors intend to re-register the Company as a private limited Company following the Cancellation. The Directors will continue to keep shareholders informed as appropriate, in particular with respect to any subsequent distribution to be made by the Company to its shareholders, through the Company's website, www.assetrealco.com.
