The Company has been notified that in 2007 Gary Elden pledged 2.8 million ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company as security in connection with loan facilities arranged by him prior to him becoming a PDMR. The sole purpose of the loans was the acquisition of residential property. Beneficial ownership of the shares remains with Gary.

The total holdings of Gary amounts to 3,384,620 shares.
