SThree plc, the only global specialist talent partner focused on roles in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics ('STEM'), announces that Denise Collis, having served as a non-executive director since July 2016, has confirmed that she plans to retire from the Board on 30 June 2025 upon reaching nine-years' service.
In line with the Company's established Board succession plans, the process to recruit a new Non-Executive Director has already commenced. A further update will be provided in due course.
