SThree plc announces that on 14 August 2014 it issued 470,766 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 124,914,774 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 124,858,821 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 55,953 shares held in treasury.
