SThree plc announces that on 11 January 2016 it issued 2,421 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 129,648,122 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 129,193,000 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 455,122 shares held in treasury.
