SThree plc announces that on 1 December 2015 it issued 96,837 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 129,594,700 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 129,221,116 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 373,584 shares held in treasury.
