Purchase of own shares

SThree plc announces that on 28 November 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 15,929 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 127.0585 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 128.50 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 125.25 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 121,726,776 ordinary shares of 1p each.
