SThree plc announces that on 4 July 2008 it purchased for cancellation 128,731 ordinary shares of 1 pence each, at an average price of 147.7015 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 150.75 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 141.25 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued share capital is now 129,153,056 ordinary shares of 1 pence each.
