Transfer of shares held in Treasury

SThree plc (the "Company") announces that on 24 February 2016 it transferred 36,280 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") from Treasury under the Group's annual bonus scheme arrangements for Directors.

Following this transfer the Company holds 207,246 Ordinary Shares in Treasury and the Company's issued share capital is 129,463,472 Ordinary Shares (excluding Treasury shares).
